BC Environmental and Occupational Health Research Network

The specific objectives of this initiative are:
• To increase access to First Nations, Métis and/or Inuit health information that will benefit Aboriginal health leads, communities and/or organizations;
• To facilitate knowledge translation between First Nations, Métis and/or Inuit individuals, communities and organizations and members of the academic community;
• To help off-set the costs of travel, accommodation, registration fees and other related expenses for First Nations, Métis and/or Inuit individuals to present at the 20th International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE) World Conference on Health Promotion, to be held in Geneva, Switzerland July 11-15, 2010.
