The goal of this initiative is to drive and accelerate the development of innovative and effective treatments for myeloma. One of the most effective and efficient ways to do this is through pre-clinical validation of targeted single-agent therapies as well as those in innovative, rationally-designed combinations and sequences. The Validation Awards were developed to advance the science of pre-clinical validation in multiple myeloma. Proposals may request up to $100,000 per year for 2 years. Deadline: July 13, 2010 Details: Senior Research AwardsAgency: MMRF The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) supports investigators with more than five years of experience in blood cancer research. The goal of this initiative is to accelerate the development of therapeutic approaches for myeloma and may include proposals in basic science, validation, or translation research.
