Unique Interactions Between Tobacco Use and HIV/AIDS (R01)Agency: NIH Tobacco use and HIV/AIDS have an enormous public health impact, and our knowledge of their health effects is informed by a large body of research. However, there is a dearth of understanding of the interactions between these issues at all levels, from basic neuroscience to behavioral and social epidemiology.
