BC Environmental and Occupational Health Research Network

The Team Grants are supported by Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute (VCHRI) and its funding partners, VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation and North Shore Health Research Foundation (NSHRF). VCHRI and its partner foundations wish to address emerging needs & opportunities identified by healthcare providers across Vancouver Coastal Health by supporting practice-based research projects that have direct and immediate relevance to improving patient/client care, diagnosis, treatment or disease prevention.
Goals of the program include:
• research teams successfully answer their question
• research findings are utilized in practice, both internally (within VCH) and externally
• the principal investigator and team acquire an understanding of the research process
