In Canada, climate warming is being felt first and most severely in arctic regions and communities. Understanding the present transformation of the Arctic and forecasting its environmental, socio-economic and strategic consequences are major challenges faced by the scientific community and arctic stakeholders. The current call for proposals is open to all eligible Arctic researchers in Canada (see eligibility criteria below). New applicants and collaborators not previously engaged in ArcticNet are encouraged to apply.
