BC Environmental and Occupational Health Research Network

The goal of this funding opportunity is to support researchers and healthcare professionals with the development and implementation of disease management and/or prevention programs. The ultimate objective of this initiative is to contribute to reducing the burden of chronic disease in Canada. Therefore, we would like to encourage innovative approaches that focus on improving patient care, interlinking of available healthcare providers and resources, and other innovative solutions that aim to improve chronic disease management.
