The objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive update of the Water Research Foundation’s 1993 guidance manual Instrumentation & Computer Integration of Water Utility Operations (report no. 90588), and in the process of doing so, pay particular attention to the alignment of IT and utility business strategic planning.
