Call for Posters: Scientific Exchange Poster Session, Friday November 20/09

Poster Session: 3:30 pm-5:00 pm

Scientific Exchange Poster Session Guidelines

The scientific exchange poster session will provide an opportunity for BCEOHRN members to discuss their activities. Posters presented at scientific meetings within the past year may be appropriate if research is still current.

Posters could focus on:

- A single research project or program (completed or in progress)
- An academic program
- Other research-related activity

Students are encouraged to participate in the poster session.

All BCEOHRN members are invited to display a poster on their research activities.

Poster abstracts:

Poster presenters will be required to provide, no later than November 12, a short summary (<100 words) of their poster for inclusion on the BCEOHRN website, including:

Title
Author(s)
Description of project or program
No figures or tables – text only

Poster logistics:

Poster display boards will be standard 4’ x 8’, landscape orientation.
Students and junior investigators who have no other sources of funds will be considered for limited financial support for poster production.

Remember to bring business cards, brochures and newsletters to exchange with your Network colleagues!
